I just wanted to update my blogger and let everyone know I'm still breathing. I haven't been on here since Christmas time. Since then I've got some gray hair, a case of the shingles, Pulled out my first tick and had my first case of head lice that cost $125.00 to rid. Sounds fun, yeah I know. I never knew when I hit 30 everything would go down hill. There's a lot more that led to the gray hair and Shingles. It's called STRESS. I'll keep those issues private. Another reason for me not being on here is due to the fact that I'm ADDICTED to ANIMAL CROSSING CITY FOLK. That game is soooo very ADDICTING!! I ♥ it! I'll put a slide show of my town on here if anyone cares. Anyways gotta run and hopefully I'll get back into to my digi-scrap mood soon. Thanks for reading.

I went catfishing! I LOVE,LOVE,LOVE Catfishing! That's what I like doing on warm summer nights. The first one I caught that night was a channel cat. They are more silver with black spots. Sorry no pic, I had it on land then the hook came out so I just kicked it back in. I don't like them as much as flatheads. They are my favorite fish ever to catch. That's the kind in my picture. I love flatheads! They are the largest of the cats in the Allegheny River. I think the Blues are the biggest in the US. To bad Blues don't live around these parts!

I've been working on my blogger and came up with this layout. I love the color green, my username is "yardbunny" cuz I have a yard bunny in my yard every year and I like to watch him eat in the evenings. And of course a weenie. I had to put a wiener on my header somewhere. Or else it just would not be me. My dachshund means the world to me! He's like my son. I'm glad I'm finished with it and I actually enjoy coding. Memee is my moms mom. She had a butterfly garden I helped her plant every year. She was 83 when she passed and lived a good life. She was almost totally blind for longer than I can remember and lived by herself up until the last 2 years of her life. She and my mom both NEVER complained about anything. After my mom died I had to take care of her and loved listening to her stories. I could tell her anything, I mean ANYTHING! I miss her alot. She passed a year after my mom on March 14, 2003. So to mark her 5 year anniversary, I made a "Butterfly Garden" kit to share with you.

I wanted to make a dog kit for the simple fact when I browsed other kits online and it was very hard to find one with bright colors. They were all mostly neutral colors. BLAH! So that is my reason. Anyways, I don't like it alot but at least I tried. There are diamond bones, glitter frames, round stitches, tennis balls, ribbons and much more.
So I hope somebody out there likes this kit. Have fun with it!

The many uses of WD-40

The product began from a search for a rust preventative solvent and de-greaser to protect missile parts. WD-40 was created in 1953 by three technicians at the San Diego Rocket Chemical Company. It's name comes from the project that was to find a "water displacement" compound. They were successful with the fortieth formulation, thus WD-40.
The Convair Company bought it in bulk to protect their Atlas missile parts. The workers were so pleased with the product, they began smuggling (also known as "shrinkage" or "stealing") it out to use at home. The executives decided there might be a consumer market for it and put it in aerosol cans. The rest, as they say, is history.
It is a carefully guarded recipe known only to four people. Only one of them is the "brew master." There are about 2.5 million gallons of the stuff manufactured each year. It gets its distinctive smell from a fragrance that is added to the brew. Ken East says there is nothing in WD-40 that would hurt you.

WD-40 has been designated the "official multi-purpose problem-solver of NASCAR," a ringing endorsement if there ever was one. I told my NASCAR loving sons about this and they said they couldn't imagine how WD-40 can solve the Jeff Gordon problem.

In celebration of their 50th year, the company conducted a contest to learn the favorite uses of it's customers and fan club members (yes, there is a WD-40 Fan Club). They compiled the information to identify the favorite use in each of the 50 states. Naturally I was curious about Georgia and Alabama and found the favorite use in both states was that it "penetrates stuck bolts, lug nuts, and hose ends." Florida's favorite use was "cleans and removes lovebugs from grills and bumpers." California's favorite use was penetrating the bolts on the Golden Gate Bridge.

Let me close with one final, wonderful use--the favorite use in the State of New York--WD-40 protects the Statue of Liberty from the elements. No wonder they have had 50 successful years.
THE OTHER HALF OF WHAT YOU NEED TO FIX ANYTHING IS DUCT TAPE
if it doesn't move and it should--use WD-40. If it moves when it shouldn't, use Duct tape.

'Twas the Internet Night Before Christmas

'Twas the night before Christmas, when all through the Net,
There were hacker's a surfing. Nerds? Yeah, you bet.
The e-mails were stacked by the modem with care,
In hopes that St. Nicholas soon would be there.

The newbies were nestled all snug by their screens,
While visions of Java danced in their dreams.
My wife on the sofa and me with a snack,
We just settled down at my rig (it's a Mac).

When out in the Web there arose such a clatter,
I jumped to the site to see what was the matter.
To a new page my Mac flew like a flash,
Then made a slight gurgle. It started to crash!!

I gasped at the thought and started to grouse,
Then turned my head sideways and clicked on my mouse.
When what to my wondering eyes should appear,
My Mac jumped to a page that wasn't quite clear.

When the image resolved, so bright and so quick,
I knew in a moment it must be St. Nick!
More rapid than mainframes, more graphics they came,
Then Nick glanced toward my screen, my Mac called them by name;

"Now Compaq! Now Acer!", my speaker did reel;
"On Apple! On Gateway!" Santa started to squeal!
"Jump onto the circuits! And into the chip!
Now speed it up! Speed it up! Make this thing hip!"

The screen gave a flicker, he was into my "Ram",
Then into my room rose a full hologram!
He was dressed in all red, from his head to his shoes,
Which were black (the white socks he really should lose).

He pulled out some discs he had stored in his backpack.
Santa looked like a dude who was rarin' to hack!
His eyes, how they twinkled! His glasses, how techno!
This ain't the same Santa that I used to know!

With a wink of his eye and a nod of his head,
Santa soon let me know I had nothing to dread.
He spoke not a word, gave my Mac a quick poke,
And accessed my C drive with only a stroke.

He defragged my hard drive, and added a "Dimm",
Then threw in some cool games, just on a whim!
He worked without noise, his fingers they flew!
He distorted some pictures with Kai's Power Goo!

He updated Office, Excel and Quicken,
Then added a screensaver with a red clucking chicken!
My eyes widened a bit, my mouth stood agape,
As he added the latest version of Netscape.

The drive gave a whirl, as if it were pleased,
St. Nick coyly smiled, the computer appeased.
Then placing his finger on the bridge of his nose,
Santa turned into nothing but ones and zeros!

He flew back into my screen and through my uplink,
Back into the net with barely a blink.
But I heard his sweet voice as he flew from my sight,
"Happy surfing to all, and to all a good byte!"

I want to make my wiener dog something unique for halloween this year. Last year he was a hotdog but I made his outfit because buying them is not as original. here is what he looked like.

This year I want him to be a musky, you know those big fish in the rivers. Anyway when we had our pontoon boat I got him a life jacket so we could go swimming. but my biggest fear was a big ass musky comming up out of the depth and thinking he was a fishing lure or something and eating him up. I guess for a dachshund that would be like a shark doing that to us. I'm so glad nothing ate him. I hope I can complete his outfit in time for halloween. Here are a couple outfits I liked for doggies.

Broken drive shaft

We went to the Clarion, Pa. flashlight drags and when timmy went down the track the first time the drive shaft broke and theres a big ass hole in the floor. I guess it could be worst, he could of got hurt and at least it's the last race of the year.

Tim, "my bitch of 11 years" in the Nova, James "his brother" in the Mustang, Jim "james dad" racing james in the red truck, Frank in the s10. My video sucks cuz I never used a camcorder in my life before that day. This is the 1/8 mile at sunset drag strip in mercer county, Pa.

Next year the Nova will have a bigger motor for the races.

The day that changed my life forever.
It was a warm day on September 24, 2007. I woke up early, got ready and went to my parents house in petrolia. My mom and I were gonna go to butler for wall border and paint. When I got there my dad was sick so he stayed home from work. and she was putting togather seafood lasagna for dinner later. She was talking about her new edelbrock carborader she got for her corvette. That was her baby. After that we were on our way. She wanted me to guess who she talked to for like 2 hours on the phone the night before. I said who, and she said Dawn. that's my older sister. If you knew my mom she was not a big phone talker at all. just like me. She was really excited and surprised to talk to her that long. It was strange cuz we talked about stuff we never talked about before. like guys and weiner sizes. lol. Then she said she had a good life out of the blue. I thought then something is gonna happen. Why was she saying this stuff?.
We got to butler by then and went to Arbys to eat. when we got back to the house I had to go home and do a few things. A few hours had passed and she called me and said my brother had stopped over they went to kittanning and she got new seatcovers for her corvette.we hung up and then 10 minutes later my dad called and said she got the call. She got a call for a liver transplant.I did not know what to do. I wasn't sure to go or stay at home. As soon as I hung up oddly for no reason my best friend stopped in before she went to the store She never ever comes to my house unexpected. Strange. So I told her what was going on. She said get your ass over there right now. really pushy. So I got in my car and drove to petrolia and they were already gone. I called them on my cell and they said they would meet me in kittanning. Finally I got
there and rode with them to presby.
On the way there everyone said Please don't go through with it, We'll turn around right now. She was crying and said No ,I have too. She was so scared. When we got there she had to sign papers and she said "This is the last time I'll ever get to sign my name. I told her not to say that.
Then we got to her room and my sister & her husband had gotten there. The doctors were harvesting the blood in the donor liver. It was really late and the surgery was gonna be a while so we all rested. by day break the doctors were getting prepped and they wanted her toenail polish off so my sister and I done that. My mom was telling us a funny story laughing really hard. then shortly after they said "we are ready now". They weeled her to the hallway and we got to say our I love you's and we will be here when you wake up. I saw her big blue eyes filled with tears in them cuz I think she knew she wasnt going to wake up ever again.
Quickly they took her away. That moment I will never forget. That's the last time I saw her alive. I still see her plain as day and the pain through her eyes. She was so tough. It's so hard to write about this.
The doctors were going to take the donor liver and split it in 2. My mom and another lady was going to share the liver. about 3 hours into the surgery the docs came out for an update and said they got the liver in and it'll be another couple hours till she wakes.
We decided to go home and clean up and go straight back. I knew something bad had happened about 10 minutes after we left. but nobody called. joey dropped me off in kittanning to my car and they had to get gas. The phone rang at the gas station, the hospital called and said to go down right away.
I din't know till I was home. I told tim to lets go now and he hesitated and I said I was going without him and he knew I wasn't fucking around.
When we got there they said please go into this room. my dad, brother, sister and her husband was there Silent. I said whats going on? What happened? is she Okay? Just tell me what happened. still silent. my dad said afer a few seconds "she din't make it".I was numb and fell to the floor.crying Why, Why, Why. That's when a part of me died. Everything was over, gone, empty, lost.
She had died from her blood clotting to fast. They worked on her for 45 mins. then called the time. Right around the time I knew something bad had happened on the way home. I knew she had died cuz she let me know.
When I got home I fell asleep. in the morning I woke up at 9:00am and felt a very slow freezing cold breeze over my warm body under my covers from the bottom of my feet to the top of my head it was a very peaceful feeling I knew it was her telling me she's okay and not to worry. I've never felt that feeling again. It is just can't be described.
One month after she passed we all got togather and ate the last meal she ever prepared "The seafood lasagna". It was in the freezer not fridge by the way. It was so good. She could make shit taste good. I'll sure miss that. Well that's my story.

Here are my saltwater fish I have. at mixercast.com I was able to put 4 videos and a slideshow togather in one spot. My favorite fish in the tank is "Mrs. Puff" she's a stars and stripes puffer fish. She rocks!
